List of applicable fields in Budget

Campaign type

It is the type of projects and campaigns which you are creating. Campaign types are defined in Settings (the instructions on how to add a campaign type are available here).

Dimensions

Dimensions are any methods, using which you split your business. For example Verticals, Regions, Products, Target Groups. Every Dimension has several Dimension Values (i.e. Verticals – Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Retail…)

View by month or quarter

You can see in all created dimension Budget by month or by quarter. The monthly view is editable, the quarterly view is read-only.

Metric money / people

You can choose view according to the metric money or metric people.

Hours marketing /company

It is calculated according to the tasks for the user and their department.

Allocated, spent, available budget

Allocated – the amount of money allocated in the individual expenses which are in a specific campaign or dimension in a specific month (or their percentage if a breakdown divides it).

Spent – the amount of money spent in the individual expenses which are in a specific campaign or dimension in a specific month (or their percentage if a breakdown divides it).

Available – the amount of money remaining in the budget after subtraction from spent.
