Get help, while in the application

Contacting support directly from the Oppido application is easy. You have two options; read through our Oppido Knowledge base or contact our customer care.

Finding help on Oppido Knowledge base

Steps to be taken:

  1. Wherever you are in the app, click on the Help icon (?) at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. In the pop-up that opens, click on Knowledge base
  3. Knowledge base opens up in a new tab.
  4. Use full-text search to narrow down on your question.

Contacting Oppido Support

If you can’t find an answer to your question on our Knowledge Base, please contact us directly.

Steps to be taken:

  1. Wherever you are in the app, click on the Help icon (?) at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. In the pop-up that opens, click on Knowledge base.
  3. form will appear, with your email already pre-filled. Please fill out details explaining the issue you have. Please be as detailed as possible.
  4. If possible, please add screenshots of the issue (max. 10Mb in file size).
  5. Click Send.
  6. A copy of the message will be sent to your mailbox. If you can’t find it, please check your SPAM filters for email address support@oppido.com.
  7. Our representatives will reach out to you within 4-8 business hours.
